People love our Las Vegas estate sales because of the luxury brands being offered.
There is no coincidence that our Las Vegas estate sales include luxury items with all the great shopping in Vegas. The local shopping represents all the most prestigious luxury brands in the world such as Chanel, Dior, Bally, Fendi, Donna Karen, Escada, Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Roberto Cavali, Ralph Lauren, as well as Black Star and Frost, Fred, and Cartier, not to mention the big department stores of Neiman Marcus, Saks 5th Ave, and alike. All the same luxury items as on Rodeo Drive. These brand names appear at our estate sales regularly so keep in touch to be notified of upcoming sales.
When high end brand names appear in our Las Vegas estate sales, high quality is usually represented throughout the property. From Hermes blankets, to Louis Vuitton handbags, to Fendi furs, Calvin Klein dishware, Ralph Lauren and Minotti furnishings, and we haven’t even gotten to the his and hers closets yet.
One estate sale offered a collection of rare Hermes blankets that fetched three times the current retail price. $3500.00 was had for one of the blankets and both buyer and seller were thrilled with the transaction.
Another estate sale yielded over $200.00 per yard for a collection of suede Pucci fabric, and over $300.00 per yard for Hermes fabric.
When we got to the closets of the home, not surprising, the ladies closet was full of Chanel, Tierry Mugler, Armani, and Escada, and the men’s wardrobe was full of Gucci and Tom Ford. Handbags were Chanel, Judith Leiber, Nancy Gonzalez and more.
Then we got to the “accessory closet”, and we were presented with $75,000.00 worth of belts. Just going through the designer accessories took three days.
Needless to say we saved the homeowners weeks of time organizing and preparing their items for sale. We took care of everything with our usual “White glove manner” and it was our pleasure to have assisted them.
